REQUIREMENTS:

* Master's Degree and/or Doctorate in Nursing - [REQUIRED]
* Current APRN National Specialty Certification - Board Certified NNP (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications) - [REQUIRED]
* NC license (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
* Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - [REQUIRED] * no exemption, required at presentation
* Current 2+ years of employment experience as NNP (not including RN experience) - [REQUIRED]
* DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) [REQUIRED] * no exemptions
* Master's Degree and/or Doctorate in Nursing
* 2+ years' employment experience as NNP (not including RN experience)
* Board Certified
