Family First Homecare’s Urbandale office is actively seeking compassionate and dependable RN/LPN nurses to provide 1:1 pediatric private duty homecare across multiple counties throughout Central and Northern Iowa. We offer flexible scheduling with a variety of day, night, weekday, and weekend opportunities to meet your availability.

Polk County: Des Moines, West Des Moines, Ankeny, Pleasant Hill
Dallas County: West Des Moines, Perry
Story County: Ames, Slater
Boone County: Ogden
Jasper County: Newton
Marion County: Knoxville
Mahaska County: New Sharon
Union County: Creston, Cromwell
Ringgold County: Mt. Ayr
Guthrie County: Guthrie Center and surrounding areas
Greene County: Jefferson and surrounding areas
Floyd County: Charles City
Franklin County: Hampton
Grundy County: Conrad
Winnebago County: Forest City
Chickasaw County: Nashua

Compensation:
RN: $30 – $34/hour
LPN: $27 – $31/hour
$2/hour shift differential for hours worked between 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Clinical Acuities May Include:
Medication administration
G-Tube / Enteral feedings
Oxygen support
Seizure management

Requirements:
Active Iowa RN or LPN license
Pediatric, homecare, or skilled nursing experience required
Competency with assigned acuities
