You will monitor patient recovery from anesthesia, assess vital signs, and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. You must have an active Massachusetts RN license and recent PACU or critical care experience. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are required. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills are recommended. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and recovery of patients from general, regional, or local anesthesia is valued.
