Duration: 13 Weeks + Extension


Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide evaluation and treatment services for patients from infant to geriatric populations with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans.
Provide direct speech-language pathology services and monitor patient progress.
Complete clinical documentation, progress notes, and required reports.
Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home programs.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active Kentucky SLP License required.
BLS certification required after hire.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
Outpatient rehab experience preferred.
Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
