JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Louisiana Medical License Required
• Board: Board Certified CRNA Required
• Certifications: BLS Preferred
• Other Qualifications:
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Providers will have the opportunity to practice at the top of their license.
• Regional and neuraxial block training is available.
• Provider availability must be submitted at the time of presentation for name clearance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures, including general, orthopedic, obstetric, and urology cases.
• Perform regional and neuraxial blocks independently.
• Participate in a shared 1:6 call rotation.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to ensure safe, high quality patient care.
• Complete all required onboarding, credentialing, and compliance requirements prior to the first scheduled shift
