REQUIREMENTS:

* Nursing Assistant Certificate
* BLS certification

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
* Monitor and record vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration as instructed.
* Administer prescribed medications under nurse guidance.
* Assist with patient mobility and transfers to prevent injuries.
* Help with feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration, and respecting dietary restrictions.
* Maintain accurate patient records, including changes in condition and treatment details.
* Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in conversations and appropriate activities.
* Implement safety measures to prevent accidents and falls, particularly for patients with mobility issues.
* Follow infection control procedures, including hand hygiene and PPE usage.
* Promptly report any changes in patient condition or concerns to the nursing staff.
* Work effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
