NeighborHealth Center

NeighborHealth Center is a Community Health Center with a dedicated team of providers and staff who serve our neighbors through excellent, compassionate, and accessible healthcare. Our model of care provides an innovative way for people to call NeighborHealth Center their medical home since receiving care is not dependent upon one’s working status, lack of insurance, or a co-payment. Regardless of one’s status, we will provide continuity of care. We care for the entire family, from newborns through adolescence to adulthood.
