Hillsboro House is among the last family owned and independently operated facilities in the region. No other facility in New England is more frequently awarded Medicare's highest quality ratings. The majority of our staff have worked in large facilities elsewhere - and they overwhelmingly prefer Hillsboro House. They value the quality of care, the uniquely homelike environment, the supportive (non-agency) staff, the relationships they form with our residents and our staffing ratios that allow for each resident to be cared for as an individual. We offer all the same things as large institutional nursing facilities - but in an environment that is personally and professional rewarding.
