Haven Health's family of healthcare services are provided in the patient's home as in alternative to an extended stay in a hospital or other facility. Patients receiving their medical care in the home may be recuperating from an illness, or needing end-of-life care. Under the direction of the patient's physician, our team of qualified professionals and support staff incorporates the patient's gamily into a comprehensive plan of care designed to meet goals for the patient's greatest potential. Our goal is to offer empathy and compassion in providing the best in-home care.
