REQUIREMENTS:

* Must have previous Travel Experience
* Willing to and skilled enought to handle up to 8 patients at any one time - Includes a mimx of total patient care
* No long term care nurses. Most recent 3 assignments - must be acute care MS in medium to large organizations.
* Floating to other MS unit is requrired
* Ortho is the "Sister" unit and traveler MUST be willing to float between the 2 units.
* Nurse Patient Ratio: Nights 1:6, may go as high as 1:8. Nurses need to be willing to take 8 patients when needed
* Required Skills: IV Insertion, PICC/Central Line Management, Vascular Device Access/Care
* 2+ years of experience

* Variety of surgical cases
* Care team rounds to assist discharge planning
* Bedside Shift Report
