Successful nurse for this engagement are those with critical skills and experience in drips, vents, and various modes of oxygen delivery including Vents, HHF, Vapotherm, etc…
Working a stepdown floor is also beneficial. The nurse must be able to handle a 5 patient assignment and deliver organized care. - Profession
