Looking for professional, motivated, and self-directed Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to perform in office and home-based wellness visits via telehealth capabilities in the Idaho Falls area. Some travel may be required for intermittent corporate training.
Need to perform limited physical examinations, interpret lab values, complete medication reconciliations, de-prescribe medications, and document in the medical record. Must be able to work with interdisciplinary team members of primary care physicians, and pharmacists.
