REQUIREMENTS:

* A current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure
* BLS (American Heart Association)
* ACLS certification

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Coordinate exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients.
* Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care.
* Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population.
* Utilize the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.
* Prioritize holistic care, ensuring patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met.
* Be accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor.
