PATIENT INFORMATION

* Case Mix: Minor emergencies, injuries, illnesses

* Phone Consults: No

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

* Credentialing Timeline: 90 days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

* Suturing / Wound Care / Incision & Draining

* Splinting

* X-Ray / EKG interpretation

* Phlebotomy

* Pediatric care (all ages)

* Working independently

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Licenses: Active CT license required

* DEA / CDS: Active DEA required

* Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS or PALS 

* Experience: Total years of experience and most recent experience required

* Other Qualifications: Ability to travel at least 45 minutes, split day between two locations, amenable to last-minute changes

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide urgent care services to patients of all ages

* Perform suturing, wound care, incision and drainage, splinting

* Interpret X-rays and EKGs

* Work independently and manage patient volume efficiently

* Travel between locations as needed
