Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition
Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Document care provided and communicate with the nursing team
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care at all times - Requirements

Most have 6month or more of experience
Active New York State CNA certification
High School Diploma or GED required
Long-term care or nursing home experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
