Operating Room - Travel RN

Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for an exciting assignment in Rome, New York. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative surgical team while gaining experience in a fast-paced operating room environment.

The ideal candidate will have recent operating room experience and be confident delivering high-quality perioperative care while working closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the wider multidisciplinary team. Previous travel nursing experience is preferred, and flexibility to work varying shifts is essential. Shift times may vary, with no scheduled shifts ending later than 7:00 PM. Weekend work is not routinely required, except as part of the on-call rotation.

Candidates should expect to participate in an on-call schedule of approximately five call shifts per month, including up to two weekend call shifts. A current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license is required. Applicants must also hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. The NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification must be completed prior to the start date, and an additional 8 hours of required continuing education will be completed during facility orientation.
