Job Description
What you will be doing: ICU, CSU & Dialysis Nursing Manager
• Lead and oversee ICU/CSU clinical operations, staff performance, and patient care delivery.
• Promote a culture of safety, service excellence, and collaboration aligned with hospital Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization to ensure quality care and budget adherence.
• Drive patient flow, quality outcomes, and core measure compliance.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop high-performing nursing teams.
• Coach, mentor, and hold staff accountable through performance management and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and evidence-based practice standards.
• Address employee and patient concerns promptly and professionally.
• Participate in hospital leadership meetings and committees as required.

Experience you will need: ICU, CSU & Dialysis Nursing Manager
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Texas.
• 3–5 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience in acute care.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with service excellence culture, staffing optimization, and budget management.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (CMS, Joint Commission).
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
• ARDCS or CCI certification preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

• Current RN license in the State of Texas.
• 3–5 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience in acute care.
