REGISTERED NURSE I Total number of positions needed: 1 1. How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks 2. Schedule of assignment hours? M – F, 8am – 5pm? M—Fri; 8-5 3. How many miles per week will the consultant travel? 30/40 a day? Weekly? 50 / day 10. What are the weekly units of productivity expectations? 25/30? 30 points 11. What EMR systems will the consultant be using: HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, Outlook 12. Will there be any on call? If so, how much? 1-2 weekends/month and holiday rotation; 1 week every 2-5 weeks, rotation based on staffing. 13. Do you want the candidate to have home health experience? Yes
