Registered Nurse – Home Health - Travel - (HH RN)

This Home Health RN Case Manager role is based in Vienna, West Virginia, a welcoming riverfront community in the Mid-Ohio Valley. Patient ratios and visit volumes are structured to support thorough assessments and strong patient engagement. You will have the autonomy to plan your daily schedule, prioritize visits based on clinical need, and adjust care plans as conditions change, while knowing you have access to a supportive clinical team and leadership. Shifts are typically daytime hours, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs and agency scheduling. On-call responsibilities may be rotated among team members, with clear guidelines and support.
