JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Board: BC required (Certified)

* Licenses: Licensed in MA

* Certifications: PALS

* Experience: Previous NICU experience required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide on-site coverage for NICU patients during night and weekend shifts

* Manage acutely ill neonates, including diagnosis and treatment planning

* Participate in rounding on assigned patients and communicate with the medical team

* Document patient encounters in Cerner EMR

* Respond to emergent situations in the NICU
