REQUIREMENTS:

* Must have 2 years of chemotherapy administration experience
* EPIC experience
* ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration Certification Required
* 2+ years of experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assessment of health history
* Addressing physician orders
* In-office procedures
* Patient & family education
* Chemotherapy administration
* Cancer symptom management
* Patient monitoring through frequent visits on their physical state, as well as their emotional well-being
* Acts as the primary conduit of communication with patients, often relaying patient information and feedback to physicians
* Providing direct nursing care, including triage of patient care needs
* Applying clinical knowledge, judgment, and decision-making skills to analyze and act on patient care issues
* Additional duties assigned by Cancer Care Director or Physician Services Senior Leader
