Travel LPN - LTC

Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting opportunity within a long-term care facility in Marshall, Minnesota. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support residents' needs, promote wellbeing, and maintain excellent standards of patient care.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, sound clinical judgement, and the ability to deliver compassionate, person-centred care in a busy long-term care environment. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring residents' conditions, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, assisting with care planning, and supporting residents with their daily healthcare needs.

Candidates must hold an active Minnesota or Compact LPN license and have relevant experience working in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar healthcare setting.

This position offers 36 hours per week on night shifts and requires current BLS certification.
