Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurses interested in shifts through VeeShift should have:

Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice

Minimum six (6) months of LPN experience. Beneficial to have: 6 months experience in Senior living Environments including assisted living or skilled nursing settings.

Current BLS certification

Ability to meet onboarding and credentialing requirements required by participating healthcare facilities

Professional communication skills and reliability in clinical environments

Demonstrated hands-on experience in clinical settings (e.g., hospitals, long-term care, rehab)

Ability to work independently across varying patient needs and environments

Experience in administering medications, wound care, IV therapy (if licensed for IV), and patient assessments.

Working knowledge of charting and maintaining accurate patient records.
Experience assisting RNs and physicians in clinical procedures.
