RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist patients with daily living and provide nursing care.
* Perform and document rounds of patients receiving medical or psychiatric care.
* Report changes in patients' conditions to the Registered Nurse (RN).
* Obtain specimens for diagnostic testing.
* Prepare documentation for patient transfers and complete required documentation of patient care.
* Clean, maintain, and check equipment.
