Job Description
What you will be doing: Nursing Manager of OR
• Promote the mission and values of the organization.
• Advocate for quality patient care and excellent customer service.
• Participate in system planning, budgeting, manpower planning, and program development.
• Deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.

Experience you will need: Surgery (OR) Nursing Manager
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Oklahoma or applicable Multi-state RN license.
• A minimum of 3 years Surgical Services RN experience.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified within 30 days of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified within 30 days of hire.
• Previous Charge or leadership experience (preferred).

A minimum of 3 years Surgical Services RN experience.
