1:1 Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (Creole Nurse)

Location: Naples, FL
Pay: $28–$32/hour

Schedule: Sunday–Monday | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Case Type: Pediatric | G-Tube | Tetralogy of Fallot

Family First Homecare is seeking a compassionate and skilled RN or LPN to provide 1:1 pediatric private duty nursing care for a medically complex child in Naples, FL. This opportunity is ideal for nurses who value consistency, overnight scheduling, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and families.

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE FLORIDA RN OR LPN LICENSE

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality pediatric nursing care in the home
Manage G-tube feedings and medication administration
Monitor cardiac and respiratory status related to Tetralogy of Fallot
Assess patient condition and report changes promptly
Follow physician orders and individualized care plans
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Provide family education and support as appropriate

Requirements:
Active RN or LPN license in the state of Florida
Pediatric nursing experience preferred
Experience with G-tube care required
Strong assessment skills and attention to detail
Reliable, professional, and patient-focused
