Description

Resident Coordinator/SALSA of Assisted Living/Memory Care

This position is located in the Assisted Living and Memory Care Unit of a beautiful CCRC. The SALSA oversees all operations of the AL/MC residents. There is some clinical oversight and assessments to be performed along with ensuring all State regulations are being met.
Manages a RN Designee and a nursing staff of 5 LPN's and several CNA/Caregivers.

Requirements
We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse with 2-4 years’ experience leading and managing Assisted Living and Memory Care programs. We are looking for a Registered nurse that is highly motivated and has great energy to lead the charge!
Excellent management and leadership skills
Computer savy
Proven survey history
Full knowledge and understanding of the Connecticut regulations for Assisted Living
Excellent communication skills
Relationship builder
Solid coaching and mentoring skills
