Description

Registered Nurse - ICU

As a ICU nurse your responsibilities include evaluating a patient's condition and administering treatment, as well providing constant support throughout recovery time. Ultimately, you will work directly with patients to ensure they receive the attention and medical care needed based on their condition.

Requirements
• BLS Card (front and back signed or Ecard)
• ACLS Card (If applicable, front and back signed or Ecard)
• PALS Card (If applicable, front and back signed or Ecard)
• Physical (Within last 12 months, must state you are in state you are in good health and have no restrictions or limitations. I have attached a form)
• TB (TB within the last 12 months, OR QuantiFERON)
• MMR (titer or vaccine series, must have dates and results)
• Varicella (Titer or Vaccine Series, must have dates and results)
• Hep B (Titer or Vaccine Series, must have dates and results or Declination form)
• Flu (For Current Flu season or Declination)
• Tdap (Within the last 10 years)
• Covid Vaccine
• Site Specific Paperwork
• Copy of Drivers Licenses/ID Card from State & Social Security card or a copy of your Passport for I-9 form.
