Required Qualifications Experience with psychiatric care for ages 4-18. Ability to handle patients in Restraints, Seclusion, Involuntary Status, and Voluntary Status. Experience in Facilitating Therapeutic Groups. Previous training or willingness to be trained in restraint and de-escalation techniques. Preferred Qualifications CPI certification is preferred. External Job Details Located in East Providence, RI, Bradley Hospital offers a unique location with a vibrant community and proximity to beautiful coastal areas. As a part of this esteemed hospital, you will join a facility known for its commitment to psychiatric care and collaboration with institutions like Brown University Health, offering a strong professional network and access to cutting-edge practices. As a staff member in the Adolescent Inpatient Unit, you will primarily work with patients aged 11-18, but may also float between Adolescent Psych, Children's Psych, and ASD/IDD Psych units. Your typical day will involve working with a 1:9 patient ratio, ensuring individualized and attentive care. The facility provides comprehensive, onsite restraint and de-escalation training to ensure your readiness and confidence in handling challenging situations. While working at Bradley Hospital, you will be supported by a team dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment to maximize the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
