DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The RN provides quality nursing care for those patients requiring a critical care setting during hospitalization.
* Care is reflective of the AACN Standards and is delivered in a professional manner that is appropriate to each patient’s age, physical ability, and intellectual development.
* The nurse demonstrates proficiency in delivering treatment and adapting care to meet the needs of one or more of the following patient populations: pediatric, adult, and geriatric.
