ABOUT THE CLINICIAN'S WORKDAY
The clinician will provide psychiatric care in an outpatient community mental health clinic setting within a correctional facility. Responsibilities include conducting 10-12 follow-up appointments and 1-3 new evaluations daily, treating adults with serious mental illness including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety disorders. The position requires prescriptive authority and involves working 2-3 days per week onsite with no call requirements.
