RN Critical Care, $3,043 Weekly Gross

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting travel assignment in Boston, Massachusetts. The Critical Care RN assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care in a variety of critical care settings.

The ideal candidate will consistently perform according to nursing standards and be accountable for managing patient care while collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team. This role requires strong critical thinking skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to respond quickly in high-acuity situations.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuously monitor patient status.
Interpret and evaluate patient data to identify changes in condition.
Implement, manage, and evaluate therapeutic interventions and treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Administer medications, treatments, and advanced therapies as ordered.
Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and treatment goals.
Respond effectively to emergency situations and perform lifesaving measures as needed.
Maintain competency in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and critical care procedures.
Assist colleagues in the management and coordination of patient care.
Qualifications
Active RN license in good standing.
Minimum critical care nursing experience preferred.
Current BLS certification required.
Current ACLS certification required.
Critical Care experience in ICU, CCU, SICU, MICU, or comparable acute care setting preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
