RN CVOR jobs in Oak Lawn, IL let you provide specialized cardiovascular operating room nursing care to pediatric patients at the facility. You will assist the surgical team during high-acuity procedures, monitor patient status, and document care using electronic medical record (EMR) systems. To qualify, you need a current Illinois RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Pediatric CVOR experience and comfort with call shifts are preferred. Recommended skills include strong clinical assessment, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and proficiency with cardiovascular OR equipment.
