* On-Call Requirements: No Call

* Rate: $1,580/40-hours

REQUIREMENTS:

* 1 years of OTA experience
* LTC or SNF Experience
* OTA license
* New Grads OKAY- as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience
