DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide comprehensive inpatient psychiatric care for child and adolescent patients.

* Float across units to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.

* Work 40 hours per week, scheduled shifts as needed.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists.

* Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in medical records.
