REQUIREMENTS:

* Recent (within past 5 years) acute care hospital experience
* Must have someone with Circulate General, Ortho, Urology, OB/GYN, ENT and Robotics experience
* Strong Ortho experience
* Skills checklist (within 1 year)
* Certifications - certifications don’t need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
* License- OR license doesn't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
* COVID card/status
* Oregon license
* BLS (AHA)
* ACLS (AHA)
