The PT will work M-F in the Genesis PEDIATRICS Outpatient Rehab Center, 40 hours/week, five 8-hr days (four 10's is NOT a possibility). The Pediatrics Rehab Center is closed on the weekends and all major holidays. EPIC EMR is used. At least two years of current experience with pediatrics rehab is required as this PT will cover an existing caseload of 50 patients. BLS required. Ohio license and registry required (cannot be in process). Candidates with multiple days of RTO requests will be low-priority candidates. Duplicate submissions will not be accepted. Only one submission per traveler, per agency, per specialty is permitted. Travelers may not be submitted to multiple jobs with the same specialty (e.g., RN Med/Surg). Per updated BSA on 6.26.25 Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13 week contract. These hours are not limited to 12 hour shifts and will be marked on the facility time report ***Please Note -Your Agencys contract to your traveler MUST mirror the confirmation page. If your agency does not comply with this standard, your agency will be at risk of being removed from the Genesis Healthcare vendor set. No exceptions! Start Date Must be Identical. End Date Must be Identical. RTO Must be identical ***Please Note - All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission and added into the confirmation page for it to be honored. If your agency or the traveler does not include all RTO in the submission form and adds it post confirmation, your agency will be at risk of being removed from the Genesis Healthcare vendor set.
