Join our dedicated team in Mentor as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in in-home case management! Active Ohio LPN License

Current CPR/BLS Certification

Recent physical exam and negative TB test

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Ability to work independently with professionalism and compassion

Previous in-home care or DD (developmental disabilities) experience
