Travel Nurse Wanted for Exciting Luxury Spa Opportunity!

Registered Nurse (RN/APRN) – Travel

Our client is seeking an experienced RN or APRN to join their growing luxury med spa network as a Travel Nurse

This role is ideal for a confident aesthetic nurse who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and supporting clinical teams across multiple locations. The selected candidate will train new providers, mentor existing nurses, support new location openings, and help maintain consistent treatment protocols and patient care standards.

Training begins in Florida. After onboarding, the candidate will travel to assigned spa locations. Company-approved travel expenses are fully covered, including flights, lodging, rental car, gas, and travel coordination.

Responsibilities include:

1. Train newly hired nurses in aesthetic and med spa treatments
2. Mentor existing clinical teams
3. Provide hands-on technique training and treatment guidance
4. Support new location launches
5. Lead in-person training during travel assignments
6. Provide virtual training between deployments
7. Reinforce company protocols, safety standards, and patient care expectations
8. Work closely with leadership, HR, and clinical operations

Treatment areas may include:
Cryo slimming and toning, radio frequency, fractional RF, microneedling, chemical peels, LED therapy, microcurrent, dermaplaning, hydrodermabrasion, exosome treatments, and other non-invasive aesthetic services.

Schedule and travel:
5 days per week, 40 hours
Sunday availability required
Travel assignments may last up to 2 months
Some assignments may cover multiple nearby spa locations
When not traveling, the candidate may support virtual training or work at a nearby clinic

Requirements:
1. Active RN or APRN license
2. Aesthetic or med spa nursing experience
3. Strong communication and leadership skills
4. Willingness to travel for extended assignments
5. Valid driver’s license
6. Valid personal credit card for rental car/travel logistics
7. Professional appearance and polished communication style

Preferred:
Compact nursing license
Training or mentoring experience
Experience with advanced aesthetic treatments
Multi-location or clinic launch experience
