RN Telemetry, $3,043 Weekly Gross

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) - Telemetry to join a leading healthcare facility in Boston, Massachusetts. This is an excellent travel nursing opportunity for RNs who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced telemetry setting.

As a professional practitioner, the RN - Telemetry assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery of patient care for telemetry patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, critical thinking skills, and the ability to coordinate patient care effectively while adhering to professional nursing standards.

Responsibilities
Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
Interpret cardiac rhythms and identify changes in patient conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
Assist in the management and coordination of patient care while supporting fellow healthcare professionals.

Qualifications
Active RN license in good standing.
Telemetry nursing experience preferred.
Current BLS certification required.
ACLS certification preferred/required per facility guidelines.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment.
