Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic RN to join our team. The Progressive Care Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. In collaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.

Compensation:
Pay rates: Up to $39.60/hr. (Based on experience and unit)
Shift Diffs: $4/hr. Nights
Sign-On Bonus – $10,000 (Days) and $15,000 (Nights)
Relocation Assistance (Case by Case basis)

• ICU or CVICU – Ft. Walton Beach, FL – 3x12 Days / Nights
• Med Surg Neuro - Ft. Walton Beach, FL - 3x12 Days Only
• Med Tele – Sanford, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• Stepdown – Sanford, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• ICU or CVICU – Sanford, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• CVOR – Kissimmee, FL | 3x12 Nights
• Med/Surg – Tallahassee, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• Med Tele – Tallahassee, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• Cardiac Surgery ICU – Tallahassee, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• ER/FSED – Tallahassee, FL | 3x12 Days / Mids / Nights

• 1 year of recent (Within the last year) acute care PCU Experience. *Would Consider ER RN experience or 3 years of acute Med-Surg experience * MUST be recent experience (within the last year) *
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree
• Advance Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
