What You’ll Do
Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Follow the individualized Hospice Aide Plan of Care
Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nurse case manager
Document care and services provided accurately and timely
Safely use and assist with durable medical equipment
Support patients and families with compassion and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
Missouri CNA certification required
At least 18 years of age
Hospice or long-term care experience preferred but not required
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
Willingness to travel within the St. Louis area
Strong communication skills and a compassionate mindset
