BioReset Medical is a leading regenerative and functional medicine practice offering cutting-edge longevity science, chronic illness therapies, and pain management treatments in a concierge-level care environment. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse with 3-5 years of experience to join our team at our North Palm Beach, FL location.

Responsibilities:

Start IVs, manage IVs, and follow IV protocols set by doctors
Administer medications as prescribed by doctors
Support physicians as needed during procedures and ultrasound-guided injections
Collaborate with doctors and staff to plan and coordinate patient care
Collect patient medical histories and assess patient health needs
Conduct and manage follow-up visits for patients
Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions
Place prescriptions, manage refills, and coordinate communications with pharmacies
Assist in onboarding new patients
Make various IV bags as directed by the doctors
Create notes based on patient treatment plans and protocols
Document all patient care activities and observations in the electronic health record

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree from an accredited nursing program
Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
Excellent IV skills are needed to start and manage IV therapies
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Ability to work with various physicians in a dynamic, cutting-edge, high-end medical practice
Strong organizational skills to work within a team setting
Additional certifications, such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and any additional certifications, are preferred.
Knowledge of health care regulations and standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
Knowledge and interest in hormone therapy, peptides, and functional medicine are a plus.
