REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidates with licensure hits will not be considered - Please do not submit
* Local travelers will recieve a $10/hr lower local rate.
* Previous St. Mary's Employees Not Accepted
* At least 1 year previous experience in mental health nursing Required
* 2-Year Associates degree required
* Valid Stat of Maine RN license
* BLS Certification required
* CPI training must be current prior to start
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills required
* Excellent team player
* Ability to manage stress appropriately and make decisions under pressure
* Flexibility required to provide coverage 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
* 3+ years of experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas
* Developing and periodically updating individualized, interdisciplinary plans of care
* Evaluating patient outcomes
* Identifying available resources for patients
