* Support Staff Available: 4 Front Desk Staff, 3 Medical Assistants, and potential support from 2 APPs

* Physician Support: 1 Physician Practice

* Reason for Coverage: Maternity Leave Coverage

* Office Equipment Available: Standard outpatient clinic equipment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

> • Licenses: Active Connecticut license required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

> • Provide outpatient primary care coverage in a collaborative physician practice
> 
> • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in a primary care setting
> 
> • Manage approximately 20 patients per day
> 
> • Collaborate with physicians, APPs, medical assistants, and front office staff as needed
> 
> • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
> 
> • Adhere to all facility policies, compliance standards, and onboarding requirements
