Travel Med Surg RN job in Nacogdoches, TX allows you to provide care for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery in a city known for its historic downtown and welcoming community. As a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse in the Acute Rehab unit, you will assess, monitor, and support adult patients with complex medical needs in a facility offering comprehensive rehabilitation and acute care services. You must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current Texas RN license or compact state eligibility. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. At least 1 year of recent acute care or medical-surgical experience is recommended. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.
