* 2+ years of current Level III or Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience
* Must have sufficient HIE, surfactant administration, and PICC line experience
* Must have an active Texas or Compact RN license
* EPIC experience
* NRP
* BLS (AHA)
