JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Licenses: Active Minnesota license
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of CRNA experience
* Other Qualifications: Comfortable with unsupervised practice model; strong OB background with VBAC/TOLAC experience; proficiency in pediatric and ENT anesthesia

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Float between Owatonna and Faribault facilities (20 minutes apart)
* Provide anesthesia care for general surgical and obstetric cases, including VBAC/TOLAC
* Perform epidurals, TAP blocks, spinal and peripheral nerve blocks
* Participate in rotated call, covering weeknight and weekend beeper call with 30‑minute response time
* Work independently in an unsupervised care model at Faribault and collaboratively with MDs at Owatonna
