A leading hospital in Tampa, FL is seeking a Director of Surgical Services to lead a high-volume operating room with 18 robotic suites. This role oversees all surgical services operations, including staff management, workflow optimization, and service line performance. The Director will drive strategic initiatives, ensure high-quality patient care, and lead a complex, fast-paced OR environment. Ideal candidates have strong experience in robotics-integrated surgical settings and proven leadership in large hospital systems.

Active RN license (Required)
BSN required; MSN preferred
Prior Director of Surgical Services experience strongly preferred
Open to experienced Surgical Services Managers with large hospital + robotics experience
Experience in high-volume OR environments with robotic surgery
Strong leadership, operational, and strategic management skills
