Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Fall River, MA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents while working collaboratively with the healthcare team to promote safety, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to RN or physician

Perform wound care, vital signs, and patient assessments

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers

Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies

Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications

Current Massachusetts LPN license in good standing

Experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Must be reliable and punctual

LNP or RN

one year of nursing experience preferable in a nursing home or rehabilitation setting
